FAILED PORT FROM OPTUS - CAN'T RESOLVE

Hi everyone,

Activated a $2 SIM and got email confirmation "Thanks for switching to Boost. Your number nnn, has been activated and you're ready to go."

 

I have mobile data working, but phone and SMS is not working. The old Optus SIM is still sending and receiving phone and SMS.

 

Have tried all morning with Boost Chat, they say they're transfering me to "Faults" but it never occurs.

 

Any suggestions on how to resolve short of getting TIO involved?
