Purchased a Boost Sim and activates it today on the basis of the $50 off promo advertised on Boost. Instead of paying $250 as advertised I have been charged $300. Tried to chat online to get it sorted but there is no human chat function. Tried three times to speak to someone but the phone service has no option for this issue and every other option I selected eventually hung up on me. Tried Facebook messenger but got no reply. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had with any company!
