I'm finding it very difficult to contact boost as a foreigner. The live chat has been down for the past 2 days and i don't have international calling on my phone.
I ordered a sim card to a family member's address in Australia as i will be arriving in Australia on Monday. I'm attempting to reach boost to fix the name on a order; both the name and prefix are incorrect. Is there an email address i can use to get ahold of customer support? Is there someone from the boost team who can reach out to me? thanks.
