Connect and transfer No.

Is there any way I can contact someone? I've been trying to get connected for 8 days. I need my number transferred from Vodafone

Best to call the new customer number (below) during normal weekday hours. 

 

New customers: 1800 100 933
(9am-9pm AEST, 7 days. Due to increased quarantine measures, wait times might be longer than normal.)

That would be ok if I had a spare hour and half to wait on hold. I will try again before I contact the communication ombudsman or demand a refund.

I have been trying to reach support since last Friday. Spent approx 4-6 hours waiting and the result was either a noisy call center and a rep who cannot even understand what I am trying to say or simply denying that there is something wrong. I have already lodged a complaint with TIO.
