That would be ok if I had a spare hour and half to wait on hold. I will try again before I contact the communication ombudsman or demand a refund.
I have been trying to reach support since last Friday. Spent approx 4-6 hours waiting and the result was either a noisy call center and a rep who cannot even understand what I am trying to say or simply denying that there is something wrong. I have already lodged a complaint with TIO.
