Hi my phone number is REMOVED, I tried to transfer my number from amaysim to boost. I had already registed on Friday which was 10th of May but I registed in the wrong name, could you please transfer me again now under my name Cathy? Thank you.

Just call 02 9299 9655 Cathy... If they can't help then lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman.
