Can't port from Telstra

Hi,

I've purchased a boost sim to move my number from telstra but when I go to activate I get told that I need to speak to someone and get sent an SMS to go to the live chat app page. But the live chat never loads doens't seem to matter what browers I use

If I call the support number I keep getting sent back to the live chat app page that wont load

If you aren't seeing the orange button on the help page to message support, maybe you have got an adblocker stopping the button loading properly.
