I am porting from Catch Connect but unable to get pas verify ID.
Doesn't really say why but only get a "Get Help" button after submit my id.
Calling Boost support number only get send a text message with url to the activate page.
Can I please get help with this ?
I'm having the same issue, coming from Kogan. Need to activate asap as my prepaid is running out.
Having seen a couple of posts, quite a few people have similar issue with Boost's online ID verification.
Not sure if it's because of carrier.
Does anyone from Boost actually actively looking at these postst ?
finally was able to talk to Support team. Select 1->2 from prompt to talk to a human.
they were able to sort it out with my Medicare card. For some reason, driver licence or passport didn't work. Port comes through by end of the day.
