I activated my boost SIM in March porting my old number. It took about 4 weeks before the port happened but since it did I have not been able to send txts or get mobile data. I can receive and make phone calls and receive text messages. Going into the Boost mobile app and selecting anything results in a message "an unexpected error has occured".
I have called and spoken to support at least once a week for the last three months and still no resolution. Just keep getting the runaround saying it's a Telstra issue every couple of weeks they call and say they have tried something new but nothing has worked.
