Buy blank Sim

Hi all

i have purchased two Boost sims ($2 and $40) with preset numbers and tried to port my old number to both with no luck. Boost now tells me to buy a blank sim, but the packaging on the others says you can bring your old number. If I go to a shop how can you know if it is blank when the packaging doesn't show a number?

You cannot "buy" a blank sim card.

It is normaly posted to you from Boost. And it is normally only needed if you are coming from Telstra as your current provider.

Maybe reconfirm with Boost support what is needed.
