If u guys (Boost) having a faulty product than don’t sell in the market.I bought sim on 2nd of September still these guys are struggling just to active my service.I am porting my old number to boost it is such a nightmare in which I am going through.Customer Staff is like bunch of IDIOTS they really don’t know what they are doing .It is just like my everyday job to call them and chase up my case .They have no clue what they are doing .Did a big mistake in my life choosing Boost just activate my service will move to my old network straight away .If I call them they will say I have esclate the situation to my supervisor and IT team and they will help you out.
Really Boost this is Australia and you guys are using TElSTRA network.
What a JOKE.
