But you cannot click on "Live Chat (24x7)". Does Boost Mobile have live chat or not?
Also unsure why the phone support is affected by COVID-19. Can't they just take their computers home and a headset and take calls from there? It is what happens at the company where I work.
The live chat button is underneath the Live Chat (24×7) heading. It should be an orange button, and named "CHAT WITH US".
You may have a popup blocker or something blocking the button appearing in the browser
