I'm guessing this is happening due to Covid-19
Activated my Sim switched over my old phone number by entering in my details and got the email.
said it should activate within 24 hours.
That was 12 days ago.
Could use some help.
Count me as well, really frustrating, just wondering do these waiting days include in our 365 days sim credit or not. Hope not........
I have seen reports on other forums that some customers have managed to get stuck activation issues sorted quickly by talking to the New Customer team (via the number below). Maybe worth a try, if you haven't already.

Any idea how long the queue might be? I'm only 10 minutes in but they've been pretty clear that it could take a very long time to get through.
When I called that number and someone answered then went silent on me twice then you know something is up?
