Activation fails after adding address

Bought new sim pack, have tried activating since 12 noon, fails every single time after entering my address, Clackline chat and it goes no where, tried on old phone and new one, I don't have internet right now, thus is passing me off, there is no support, thus place has never helped, but no one answers my emails or Facebook, boost used to be good, now everything is a struggle,I am sick of it.

There is some bug with the website. I called the 1800 number and they activated it over the phone.
