Activation bug

I'm trying to activate a new SIM card and I get as far as the 'enter your email address' box (approximately 4 pages into the process). It can't be done. I've tried on my android phone and it doesn't allow for the keyboard to come up. I've tried from my windows PC but I can't enter anything in the field. I've tried from the iPad but it doesn't work. I've tried multiple browsers on each of these devices. As far as I can tell it's a bug on their end and I can't get on to anyone to help me fix it.


Is there something I'm missing?

it's a well know bug! but they have not been doing anything still
