Hi there, I'm trying to port my number from kogan over to boost, I requested the change on the 11th of november at 12:10am awst, then got an email at 4am awst saying to port should be dont within 4 hours, now its the next day and still isn't activated
There might be some issues with your port request. The best thing you could so is message them so they can check for the port request status.
