Bought $30 prepaid sim online. Received it and tried to activate it online (keeping existing number). Account not getting activated, talked to customer care several times (activation fails at their end too), visited Telstra store for ID verification too (they deny helping Boost customers), so stuck with this useless sim.
Need refund for it.
Boost is hopeless when it comes to CS - maybe should changed their name to Boos instead. I feel your pain - am trying to get ownership changed and still waiting -more than two weeks and lost the chance to get the extra data which ended on 1/3/21
OMG! i wish i'd checked out this forum before buying a Boost SIM. they say they've hit a problem porting and to call 1800-931 877. It goes to tesltra? Says I will be on hold for 40 mins. Uh oh!
