Boost,

 

I ordered my SIM online 30 June 2020.

I wanted to order the $150 long expiry plan that provides 80GB for 1 year.

Your website aluded to the fact that I needed to order a $2 SIM then charge it once I got it.

I proceeded to do so, now your don't have a $150 long expiry plan that provides 80GB for 1 year and no other plan interests me.

 

Can you please allow me to activate my SIM with $150 long expiry plan that provides 80GB for 1 year.

Activate you sim $2 sim card. Then you should see the $150 recharge option in the Boost app, or by calling #111#.

I do not have a handset for this SIM. I am using a 4G USB device with my notebook.

As such I cannot download an app or dial a number.

Is there another way to recharge?

You can also do recharging via this webpage. You need to know the phone number associated to the activated sim.

I had same problem, but I we also trying to port existing number.

 

I tried activating SIM but number seems to be stuck between carriers. Ie old carrier service not working, neither is Boost SIM.

 

Is there a real support number or email. Boost really sucks, I am only using because they use Telstra network.

You can check balance via the url care.boost.com.au

 

No email alert for nearing the usage % though (those only trigger via sms).
