Activated sim but gave me a new number when i requested to keep old one

I just activated my ne $30 sim and requested to keep my new phone number from my previous plan, once finished activating my phone says that i have a new phone number yet i cant send messages from the new number or recieve calls from the new number. I can only call people myself and receive messages. also the data isnt working and the app isnt registering the activation. is there any way that i can retrieve my old number or do i have to keep the new one

Hi Chloe,

I had the same problem with trying to switch to Bóost tonight. I'm unsure if there is something wrong with Boost's online form.

 

I used Boost's live chat to try to resolve the issue.
