Having trouble activating my new Boost sim.
Have followed instruction on packageing.
Is it the norm to keep inserting the sim.
As Im keeping my Telstra number, the codes are sent to my telstra sim
If you are coming across as a Telstra customer, I believe you need to speak to Boost support. They do the process manually (just for moves between Telstra/Boost)
