Recently got myself $150 boost starter pack. Called up boost customer service to activate and bring my number across. My number is with Telstra prepaid.
Long story short, during id verification, none of my id can be verified. Tried driver license, medicare and Australian passport, all failed.
The customer reps, advised me to visit Telstra store.
I just need confirmation if Telstra store able to assist with id verification, how does that work?

No online chat for help. No response from Facebook page.
Calling tech support and following prompts gets me a useless recorded message and an SMS with the URL for the activation page.
Going into a store to transfer a number is just medieval. Come on Boost! You're not doing much to woo new customers.
Did you go to telstra shop?
I'm reluctant to go because i heard people were turned away because Telstra don't want anything to do with boost. Understandable from Telstra point of view. why would they tend to a small fish when they have bigger fish to fry.
