I ordered 1 sim card for the $150 offer and I was charged for 2 sim cards after I submitted my card details. What gives? The order page was for 1 sim card and I did not press anywhere to order 2 sim cards. I realise it is silly of me to have ordered during the Covid-19 outbreak as there was no one to attend the phone lines and online chat (all the Filipino chat agents are not working because of Covid-19)! I don't even know if I can get my money back anytime soon. Looking at recent forum posts as well, I noticed I am not the only one who has problems. Can someone please attend to me and all of us?
