12xx numbers

Given that under Boost plans you are charged when using 12xx numbers ("Boost Mobile UNLTD™ excludes some use such as: talk/text/MMS to international, satellite, premium numbers (eg. 19xx numbers), operator assisted calls (most 12xx numbers), diverted calls, content charges and all use overseas") > why is your contact number a 12xx number.

Re: 12xx numbers

It means the 4 digit directory assist numbers (eg 1223) are excluded. It doesn't mean the longer numbers starting with 12.
