On the $20, 28day plan I use, I only get 100 minutes of calls and 2GB of data, yet they advertise it as unlimited calls and 5GB of data. So what's going on there Boost, why am I am I being short changed? Is it so I have to keep renewing so you make more money?!?!?
Did you maybe apply the recharge as an "add on" accidentally?

The other thing maybe it could be, is if you are on one of the old plans (they used to have a $20 one with 100 minutes of calls a few years back).
From your phone, dial #111# and on the screen the pops up, the first line should tell you what offer you are on currently (as example, mine says "Anytime Plus").

OK. I understand what is going on.
Boost has "offers" with a group of plans underneath them. And every couple years, they release a new "offer" with variations to the plans.
They do not automatially roll existing customers to the new offers, but invite users to opt into the new offer. Some customers prefer to the old offer for whatever reason.
To move over to a current offer, you actually do that yourself, on your phone.
If you have the Boost app installed, do the following :
1. Turn off wifi.
2. In the Boost app, select "My offer".
3. Select the option underneath "Change plan" (the current offer is called Anytime Ultra).
4. Confirm it all on the following screen.
If you don't have the Boost app though, do it as follows :
1. Turn off wifi.
2. Dial #111#.
3. On the screen, choose the option for "Acct Mgmt".
4. Select "Change Plan".
5. Select the new offer (Anytime Ultra, etc).
6. Confirm it all.
Your current offer will remain as-is for the current month, but then any future recharges will get the new inclusions.
