so i have just activated my boost sim and could not log into the telstra24/7 app with the correct details.. how do i go about that now?
A. Although Telstra do all the Contact Centre, billing, Tech, etc. under contract for BOOST, you do not use the Telstra branded App. So go to: Phone Settings - Applications Manager (or similar words). Then Dissable the Telstra App, or Delite it if you are allowed, on your Model. [My old Adroid 6.0.1 system only allows dissable; as phone was a Telstra branded Samsung, when bought outright].
B. Then go to Google Android Play Store (or Iphone equivalent). Download 'Boost Mobile' App.
If you have problems setting up, give Call Centre a phone call on 1258881, 1300 888 055 or 1800 026 678 as new customer. They should be able to talk you through whatever you want to set up on the Boost App.
