How can I fix my SIM card error?

There are a number of reasons that you are experiencing a SIM card error.

If your SIM is not installed properly, try turning off the phone, taking the sim out and putting it back in (make sure it it seated correctly) before restarting your phone. 

If this doesn't work, your SIM may be damaged or faulty and you'll likely need to order a replacement SIM.
