Lately it is nearly impossible to contact BOOST either by phone or via messaging service. I have issues with my auto rechagre, which I have had with BOOST for years. There customer service seems to be non-existant. I will look to change providers. Is any body else experiencing these or similar issues?
i have experienced the same issues. Auto renewal set up, and yet my wifes phone gets cut off every month, have checked set up and all o/k. i have had no issues with my phone renewing monthly for 2 years. This month, cut off!
i have tried and tried to contact customer (no) service to no avail. I am not sure why most companies provide excellant customer service during Covid, but Boost have issues. No where to Chat, no where to email, have to text them - very disgruntled!
Will be looking at another provider this week.
Also have problems. Unable to make calls or send text, and nobody is at home at Boost to sort this out. Poor service and needs to change if they want customers to stay customers.
