how to get credit for double billing

In August, September, and October I have been double billed by Telstra on my $30 plan. I'm seeking help on how to reverse these charges, or receive a credit for the next 3 months.

Are you looking for help with your Boost Mobile service or your Telstra service? This is the Boost Mobile Community forum. If you have a billing enquiry relating to your Boost mobile service, you will need to contact Boost support on 125 8881 (8am-9pm, 7 days) or on live chat (24hrs, 7 days)
