My wife lost her mobile phone last Saturday. It has a BOOST prepaid SIM. We wish to have the old SIM card suspended and wish to request a replacement SIM from boost. We rang the boost 1800 number and were directed to "Message us". We tried three times. Each time started with a chatting with a "robotic" "person" and ended with a message like this:
"Passing you over to someone who can help. They'll have the conversation history and you'll get a notification in your browser once they've replied." But, then nothing happened.
We provided our names, resident address and contact phone numbers, etc. via "Message us" - no responses at all!
We are thinking if we cannot get response and help from BOOST in another two days, we'll leave it.
