Hi, A friend of mine moved to Boost a while ago on my recommendation.
He is having regular issues receiving some incoming SMS messages in a timely manner, some could be delayed 12, 24 hours or longer (they do come through eventually as far as he knows). This issue is causing problems as he is regularly on call for work and needs to monitor his phone etc so he can respond in a timely manner.
He is not having issues sending SMS's, call drops out etc, just delayed incoming SMS's.
Any ideas how to progress this or get assistance?
Yep, have had this problem over the past 2 years with boost occasionally too.
It's been 24 hours and my son (Android with Optus) still hasn't received text message I sent (iPhone boost)
Any advice or suggestions very welcome
