I think from last more than a month or 2 am getting a hell lot of call drops.
I gave a call to Boost mobile Australia customer care to address this issue.
And I think my call was routed to telstra technical team. And they said it may be a planned or unplanned outage in your area. I said am getting call drops everywhere i go in Perth.
Then the person said we can notice there is a planned outage till 28 Sept in your area. And you will have to take care of it. I said what should i care of it. No answere.
Honestly, it's hope less service. Thinking to move away from Boost.
Any idea of though how should i deal with this situation?
