Very rude

Hi. I have had my auto recharge on for 2 months. The first automatic recharge worked fine this morning my phone did not recharge so I lost my data. I checked the auto recharge status and it said active. I called boost explained what happen only for a rude woman to tell me auto recharge was off and your phone has never ever been automatically recharged. I was shocked and could not believe what I was hearing. She said no no never been auto recharged I said I'm not silly I think I know. Checked my status again it said active!! She was very rude than hung up on me. I called again the next lady said yes your auto recharge is on and I see it worked last time it didn't go through because of a system error. So She gave me my data back. I'm just shocked about the first woman's extreme lies and was very hostile.  So now I have turned my auto recharge off incase this happens again. All I can say is I'm shocked!!.
