Unlimited standard calls & texts

I have a prepaid 12 month plan with Boost.  Does unlimited standard calls and texts include calls to 1300 and 1800 numbers?  Is access to voice mail included?

Yes. 13/1300/1800 and Voicemail calls are all included.

After 5 calls to their call centre (recording each call) each agent gave me a different answer. See below:
1 - cannot make calls to 13/1300/1800 numbers.
2 - can make 1300 + 1800 but no 13.
3 - must purchase addon for 13/1300.
4 - all calls included except satellite and 19xx numbers.
5 - can make 1800 but no 13/1300.

Seriously? 🤬 WTF! 🤬
Anyway, I've already bought 3 SIM packs, so too bad! Should make exclusions clearer!

P.S. Their IVR is annoying as cannot accept keypress until their whole msg about them being "busy" has been played, then after any keypress it is played again! 🤪😵
