SIM card did not receive/refund request

Hi team,

My order number is BO172118.

I did not receive the sim card but my bank statement shows $135 has been paid.

I contacted customer service several times including cancel order or ask for a refund but every time only told me the follow-up request has been sent.

Actually, I don't receive any follow-up email.

Please contact me asap. It has already been a long time.
