I bought a one-year plan on 25/02/2020 but expired on 25/08/2020?
I talked with an agent online and he confirmed that my plan will expire on 25/02/2021.
I wasted so much time chatting with agents online yesterday and today.
A couple of weeks ago, I received a message from Boost: your data will expire on 25/02/2020. I was shocked. So I went online to chat with an agent and he answered me very clearly: your plan will expire on 25/02/2021.
Three days ago, I got the same message again. I chatted again. The agent confirmed again. I kept the chat record. That's the first photo.
this morning I found my phone is disconnected. So I went online chat again. The first guy said there should be no problem with my plan. He asked to turn off my phone for 5 minutes. It didn't solve any problem.
I had to chat with different agent. That's the second photo. Different answer.
I don't know what to do now
the worst thing is I bought 4 SIM cards for my family.
