I tried to contact Boost via Live Chat (as I wanted to understand why auto recharge had failed yet Boost did not notify me). I got no response from Live Chat. I received a message from "SIMO Boost's Virtual Assistant" to say "I’ll transfer you now.". I waited 20 mins and got no response. I then tried a second time and waited 1 hour 45 mins. I still got no response. I will now try to phone Boost instead.
I am posting this message in order to warn other Boost customers of this poor service.
I was having the same issues on Sunday morning when I tried. In the end I had to wait until I had the time to call to resolve my queries.
