I ordered a sim about a week ago and all have recieved is two phone calls from foreign nationals on non return bogus numbers claiming to be from Telstra. 
How about an Australian member of the boost company contact me today and work out why I shouldn't go to the regulator.

I would suggest the calls you received are probably unrelated spammers.
