I recently got the 12month -240GB -plan which was advertised for $270 which was $30 of the normal price of $300 -BUT I WAS STILL CHARGED FORTHE $300 and I told boost and they said I will get a refund of $30 put back into my account in 3 t0 5 working days and I have still not seen it yrt WHEN EVER I TRY TO CONTACT BOOST I KEEP GETTING THE SAME THING "TAKE IT UP WITH COMPLAINTS WHICH I HAVE CONTACTED SEVERAL TIMES 'THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH" AS I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER TO GET A RESULT

To confirm (if this maybe is what has happened), that deal was for new Boost customers who bought the sim pack from Boost website (for delivery to them via post).

It is not an available discount if you are already a Boost customer just doing a recharge.
