Miss8ng Rollover Data and overlapping Renewal

I recharged my yearly subscription 1 month before expiring hoping to rollover my leftover data of 40gb.

Not only did I not get my leftover data, I was also having my yearly overlapped by 1 month meaning I only have 11 months instead of 12.

Recharges apply immediately (they do not stack), and there is no data rollover on the 6/12 month plans.
