Factory reset; boost Mobile customer service numbers showed up

I've never had boost in my life. But I did a full factory reset and when I restore my contacts they were all gone except for boost Mobile customer service numbers and I've never had boost what happened

If the phone had originally been intended for Boost it may be a factory setting.
