I got myself and my wife`s mobile number port out without our consent and some one miss used our number to get in to fraudal activities from saturday. I have constantly trying to call your customer suppport team but no one able to pick up my phone. I also send message to virtual chat and give my details to agent and asked for a call back as well as deactive my account but i am not getting enough support from boost team. I have assigned a case manager but no one contacted me till now. I need to know and undertand what was happened to my account and to know how do they steal my identity.
