Paid $200 for one year 100GB data but get only 30GB. Wonder who has eaten up the bonus 70GB that was promised when I purchased the SIM card. Anyone has an answer? Tried calling customer service and get no answer. Sent them a message but get no response. There's not even a support email to get in touch. I'm switching carriers as soon as I run out of data. Give them my middle finger!
If you are checking data balance via the app, make sure you open up the "more info" section, as bonus data will be listed seperately to the standard data.
