So my friend bought a zte max xl online, he checked imei and it was clean, when it arrived he tried activating it but the boost website said he can't switch his activated sim card from his phone to the new zte max xl he bought, any suggestions or info as to why this is happening, previous owner says it was used with minutes is that a reason for this?
