I want to sign up for their long term expiry - 12 Months Plan - $150
I want to know is 1800 / 1300 / 13 numbers included as a part of Unlimited Calls?
No where in the fine print it mentions 1800 and 1300 or 13 numbers.
Usual poorly trained Telstra operators [on contract to Boost for all back room selvices!].
I have been with Boost for 4 years. 800, 1300, 13 are all included as Standard Numbers, in Aus.
If in doubt ring Boost's Sydney Corporate Head Office, for a TEAM LEADER (TL). Yes, they have real Australians you can talk to, when overseasTelstra stuff up! I have been given good TL follow up on 3 occasions.
Call 02 9299 9655; [BUT go to Corporate Head Office selection, if given choices, during business hours; Mon to Fri only. [do not let system or Corporate Operater, send you to overseas Call Centre again].
ASK Operator for TL, unless one answers. IF TL has to get another specialist, they usualy fix on spot. Or, will call back within 24 hours. ( I only had to chase call back on 1 occasion; so get name of Ist TL talked to, for reference, at 1st contact).
Suggest you Tell them that NOT defining, easily found 'Standard Numbers' definitions, leads to confusion & needs to be put online ASAP. This subject continualy comes up!
