Hello I recently bought 2 sims 200aud to 180aud promo. Before this me and my wife are on Optus prepaid. We have different account names then I bought the 2 sims under my name.
Issue#1: I successfully ported the old Optus number to SIM#1. All services ok except that I cannot send SMS to Optus network. For Boost to Telstra SMS this is ok. What could be the problem? Tech services contacted numerous times already but they could not solve the problem.
Issue#2: I am trying to port my wife's Optus number to SIM#2. However during activation her Optus sim could not receive the code sent from Boost network. We have retried a lot of time but still not solved. What could be the issue?
