I joined boost about 4 weeks ago ported number and all has been good until about a week ago when the boost app stopped working. Have deleted and download many times but not working. Wifi is off and it was all working well until week ago now it shows the start up page but all the box’s are blank. If I call #111# it will tell me my balance no problems but the app shows nothing. If anyone can help many thanks
Don’t have a fix for you, but I have the exact same problem. Tried live chat and their only suggestion was to reinstall the app. That won’t work as I can’t access care.boost.com.au when on 4G, which is what the app is trying to access.
