Since the new mobile app was launched in February this year, BOOST has gone to the dogs. There is something seriously wrong with their IT Department. The new MyBoost app simply doesn't work, at least on Android. I've had immense problems with this new app to the point of going elsewhere for my telecommunication needs. It's really sad because the old app worked quite well. BOOST is more concerned about security than they are about helping customers when they need it most. I've been promised compensatory data but to date it hasn't reflected in the data at the #111# number. I feel for those "Experts" in customer service who are really trying hard but they are limited by the fools at the top of the organisation. On future, I hope to see a better performance than I've seen in the last month or so.
