I have been trying to log on to their app but it keeps telling me to turn off wireless which I have done. Also turned off Bluetooth. Any one got any ideas.
The reason Boost gets no complaints is that you cannot reach anyone as their phone number does not work.
I share the pain. Every time I try to log in to the App, it says wifi is turned on - even though I am often no nowhere wifi coverage and it is turned off. Have given up contacting Boost, as you can't speak to a human and I don't have a day to have numerous chats with their (helpful) support people.
I've been there too. Every time I login when I press "sign in" it simply reloads the page and I have to type my credentials in again. I never got a response to my issue.
