What's with the app it hasn't worked in months, can't see data used, data rollover, history nothing. Contaacted Boost several times, so far app is still **bleep**. Could at least let us longon the website to our accounts to see the information. Pretty poor for for 2020, to have a useless app and no web intergration.
GET your **bleep** together BOOST, and fix it, or is it a way to get people to get extra data costs not being able to check it...just a possible conspiricy lol.
But seriously do something about it.
I am not having any such issues. I can use the Android app just fine and see my plan/balance/expiry details.
Are you on mobile data (not wifi connection)?
Another option, is to dial #111# from the phone. It will show the same details.
