Auto Recharge problem

Hi Guys.

I have been on boost for over 6 years.

Up until today I have never had any problems

It appears that my credit card details changed on the 2nd of this month even tho my credit updated  more than 2months ago ago.

I rang and spoke to a very abrupt lady who in no certain terms told me not our problem you need to sort it out yourself and you have lost all of the roll over data. There was no credit card fail warning or change of detail warning and was just Forbes off. After 6 years to be treated like **bleep** leaves a stale taste in your mouth. 

They talk about customer loyalty but what about company loyalty .
