I am trying to use the boostmobile app. I get a message "WIFI IS ON TAP HERE TO SWITCH OFF WI-FI TO ACCESS YOUR BOOST MOBILE CARE.
So I click on it and turn off wifi. I even restart the app but the message still appears. I am not able to use the app to access my boost mobile care.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I haven't experienced that.
But I rarely have a need to use the app, so I mostly use the MMI code instead (dial #111#).
